After signing up for the program, you will receive a call from the person or company that will be taking over your timeshare. We will have already confirmed with them that they intend to take over your timeshare based on the resort information you have provided. If the information you provided to us is accurate and correct, the transfer of your timeshare is 100% guaranteed. In other words, your fee will be refunded in full if your timeshare is not transferred. After your payment for the Timeshare Giveaway Program has been processed, we will put you in direct contact with the buyer. The buyer will pay all closing and up to $100 in resort transfer fees. The closing process normally takes about 8-12 weeks. After the transfer of ownership is complete, you will no longer be responsible for any dues or fees associated with the timeshare. Although you will not receive any money from the sale of your timeshare, this is a great option to immediately relieve yourself from the financial burden of owning a timeshare.

 

The terms of the agreement are simple:

1)    Timeshare Sales Today acknowledges that this transaction is 100% guaranteed. Timeshare Sales Today guarantees that the above described owner will be removed from the ownership of the above described timeshare or vacation property, otherwise you will be entitled to a full refund of all fees paid.

2)    By signing this agreement, I am agreeing to transfer the ownership of my timeshare for the sum of $0 (Zero Dollars). Buyer will pay closing fees and up to $100 in resort transfer fees.

3)    I agree that I am entering the Timeshare Sales Today Giveaway Program and if the above described timeshare is not transferred out of my name, I will be given a full refund of all fees paid.
