  I AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:
1) Timeshare Sales Today is a For-Sale-By-Owner advertising company, that it is not a real estate broker. The advertising program involves pooling advertising resources with those of other sellers, to maximize exposure to potential buyers or renters. Pursuant to F.S. 721.20(9)(a), the ratio of the number of timeshare interests listings for sale versus the number of timeshare interests sold by Timeshare Sales Today is zero for each of the previous two calendar years. Because Timeshare Sales Today is a For-Sale-By- Owner advertising company, it does not obtain, track, or keep records of sales resulting from its timeshare property advertisements. Timeshare Sales Today forwards all offers about my timeshare directly to me, and allows me to negotiate the sale of my timeshare without the involvement of any broker, and without any commission.
   
2) Timeshare Sales Today assumes that my timeshare sells or rents in 6 months. Unless I advise Timeshare Sales Today to the contrary, prior to the expiration date of six months. The advertising fee I am paying covers 6 months worth of advertising and marketing. Upon notification Timeshare Sales Today will renew my advertisement at no additional expense to me.
   
3) Purchaser has the right to cancel this agreement up to 7 days after services have been rendered. This is a one time, non-recurring fee, that becomes non-refundable after the cancellation period expires. A refund will be issued if you or any other timeshare resale company sells your timeshare before we do within 20% of your original asking price. This does not include sales or upgrades through a Resort or Developer.
